    CHILD POLICY - CHILDREN U/12

    * Children staying in their own room will pay the full applicable room rate
    * 1 x Adult + 1 x Child U/12 pay the full applicable room rate
    * 1 x Child U/12 on a single sleeper couch in the same room sharing with 2 x adults from R 350 per night including free served breakfast


    SINGLE SLEEPER COUCH POLICY
    * Single sleeper couch is reccommended for a Child U/12 years of age only and will only be made available when booked

    * Any person 12 years of age and older that is making use of the single sleeper couch do so at their own risk
    * The single sleeper couch is a couch that folds into a thick single mattress on the floor

    SERVED BREAKFAST: SQ
    * Breakfast is not included in the room rates

    * Free breakfast is served to overnight guests during their stay, subject to breakfast seating times (Special Offer)

    * Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, Long weekends and from 13 December to 13 January: From 8 - 10 am
    * Breakfast will only be prepared & served after the earliest seating time available on the day, serving time subject to guest confirmation on check in

    * We serve set dinners by prior arrangement only
    * Pre-order at least 2 days in advance
    * Regretfully same day dinner bookings is not always possible to accommodate as we need to procure the ingredients from our preferred suppliers
    * Dinner will be served between 5:30 - 7:30 pm
    * Dinners only available Monday - Thursday, excluding Public Holidays, unless otherwise noted and/or agreed upon by prior arrangement: SQ

    * Check in close 7:30 pm, no staff on duty from 8 pm
    * Late check in only allowed by prior arrangement
    * No late check in allowed after 8:30 pm


    CHECK OUT BY 10 AM
    * No late room departure allowed after 10:30 am

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    * To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract
    * Only written cancellations will be accepted
    * Any cancellation 0 - 30 days before the date of initial arrival / check in - the guest will be liable for payment in full (100%) of the original booking made
    * Any cancellation 31 days or more before day of initial arrival / check in a 50% cacellation fee will be levied on the full value of the original booking made

    * In the event of a no show and/or premature departure the guest will be liable for the full stay of the original booking made, we are not obliged to any refund


    INSURANCE
    * All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out travel insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation
    * We will seek full compensation for any cancelled accommodation booking, including no show and/or premature curtailment
